The exterior of Porsche’s first four-door might have divided opinion, but what about the cabin? These are the first official photos of the Panamera’s luxurious interior, fitted with all the creature comforts you could ever need.
With its myriad of buttons and switches the centre stack resembles more of a fighter jet’s cockpit than a car - running the length of the vehicle, it separates each individual seat for a sporty feel, even in the back.
In the Panamera S and 4S the front seats are electrically adjustable in eight directions, but in the flagship Turbo even the rear passengers can rearrange their seats at the touch of a button. A four-zone climate control lets each occupant choose their perfect temperature, too.
Endless colour combinations can be specified, including 13 different types of leather and a host of interior trims, ranging from Carbon to Olive wood.
A car this powerful need a stereo to match, that’s why the Panamera is fitted with a bespoke 16-speaker set-up made by Berlin audio aficionados, Burmester.
The first family-orientated Porsche hits UK showrooms on 12 September - with a choice of naturally-aspirated and turbocharged V8’s. Prices and exact specification will be revealed closer to the launch.
