Fresh drink-drive fears

Most motorists believe the roads will be less safe now that 24-hour drinking has been introduced. More than 90 per cent of people quizzed in a survey by Internet broker www.motorinsurance.co.uk think drivers are now more likely to still be under the influence of alcohol the following morning.
