AS with the Nilfisk, the Draper requires you to disconnect the hose before the reel can be used. Once on the reel, it’s a neat solution, although we found the hose kinked easily. Cable and lances are well catered for and there’s an on-board soap reservoir. The 1,700W pump trails some rivals in this test for outright grunt, but it does the job, plus the unit is light and compact.
