Damper upgrades sharpen Mondeo

Suspension upgrades promise to make Ford's Mondeo a more dynamic drive

Ford Mondeo

07th September 2007

More versions of the new Mondeo are now available with hi-tech active suspension. Ford’s Interactive Vehicle Dynamic Control set-up has three modes – sport, comfort and regular – for varying road conditions. Each automatically adjusts the dampers up to 10 times a second for the best ride and handling. The option costs £650 on Zetec, Ghia and Titanium cars.
