Aston Martin Vanquish video review

The all-new Aston Martin Vanquish is a replacement for the outgoing DBS - but is it any good?

Aston Martin claims the all-new Vanquish is a replacement for the outgoing DBS – yet you’d be hard pushed to tell the two cars apart if you parked them side-by-side.

The exterior changes include a mildly reworked front end, a gorgeous set of body creases and an integrated carbon-fibre boot spoiler. But it’s under the skin where you’ll find the biggest differences.

The all-carbon Vanquish is fitted with a 565bhp 6.0-litre V12 and there are three driving modes. Aston has worked on the car’s handling, too, so the Vanquish is lighter, sharper and better to drive than the outgoing DBS.

Check out the video for news editor Jack Rix’s first impressions of the new V12 Vanquish, and read his full first drive review here.
