New Toyota Auris hatch and Tourer estate unveiled at Paris

The all-new Toyota Auris hatchback and - for the first time - a Tourer estate have made their debuts at the Paris Motor Show.

Aimed squarely at the Ford Focus Estate and Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer, the Auris Tourer will be unique in the segment as it will be offered as a hybrid, as well as in conventional petrol and diesel engine forms.

The Auris line-up is completed by the Ford C-MAX rivalling Verso, which Toyota promises will feature more dynamic styling and a higher-quality interior.

Toyota has also shown the Yaris Trend supermini, which is aimed at younger buyers, and will introduce its Toyota Racing Development (TRD) Performance Line accessories.

The TRD accessories have previously been unavailable in Europe and will be showcased on the Toyota GT 86.

The new design lanquage of Toyota is very nice. The Verso looks great, it's a pity they will not offer a Verso Hybrid. Hopefully they will show the new RAV4 as well, soon. The new RAV4 will recieve the same front as the verso and Auris, it makes the car less dull.
