Available for the first time in right hand drive, the new baby Renault will be aimed at young, style conscious buyers. Under the bonnet will be a powerful new 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine that gives 100bhp in entry-level form. Company chief Carlos Ghosn claimed the powerplant would give, ‘The economy of a 1.2, the power of a 1.4 and the torque of a 1.6’. Expect UK sales in September 2007.
