Prices and details have been announced for the all-new Audi A3 line-up, with first deliveries in September

Audi has announced full details and pricing of the new Audi A3, with the cheapest models costing from £19,205 and the flagship models priced at £26,560.

The A3 line-up consists of entry-level SE models, followed by Sport and S line trim levels. Even entry-level cars get 16-inch alloys, air-con and an 11mm-thin entertainment screen.

Upgrade to Sport and there's 17-inch alloys, Audi drive select and special sports seats. Range-topping S line cars get 18-inch wheels, an S Line body kit and part-leather sports seats.

The Sport and S line models – which normally come with firmer sports suspension – are now offered with the more comfortable standard suspension as a no-cost option.

SE models start from £19,205 for the 120bhp 1.4-litre TFSI model and £21,505 for the 148bhp model. Sport models command a premium of £1,225 and also include the option of a 1.8-litre TFSI model with 177bhp and a seven-speed S Tronic gearbox as standard. This model costs £24,410.

S line models start from £22,580 for the 1.4 TFSI and rise to £26,560 for the 1.8 TFSI.

Customers can place their order for the new A3 now, with first UK deliveries due in September.
