The stunning Jaguar F-Type Coupe has been unveiled in all its glory at an exclusive event at Canary Wharf, London.
At the highly-anticipated event, the all-new sports car was presented to an audience of eager customers, alongside an impressive array of celebrities including Jose Mourinho, Gary Lineker and Example.
The night kicked-off with a quick screening of Jaguar's 'Rendezvous' advert, which made its world premiere in a highly-coveted advertising slot during the Super Bowl XLVIII and is now coming to UK screens.
A staged interview with Jose Mourinho followed, where the Chelsea manager was asked what he thought of the new Jaguar F-Type. He replied: “It drives like a great player because it does what I want it to do.”
Jeremy Hicks, Managing Director at Jaguar Land Rover UK, said: "I am really excited to be officially presenting the new F-TYPE Coupé in the UK for the first time. This sports car is as important to the Jaguar brand as it is spectacular to drive."
The Jaguar F-Type Coupe will certainly be the most performance-focused production Jaguar to date, with an engine range that boasts a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine. This enables the sports car to reach 0-60mph in 4.0 seconds with a top speed of 186mph.
The open–top roadster version of the Jaguar F-Type arrived first and now its been joined by the Coupe, Jaguar has hinted that a halfway house F-Type Targa version could also be in the pipeline.
And that's not all; Jaguar officially announced impressive residual values for the all-new F-Type Coupe, which have apparently been backed by industry experts CAP Automotive.
Jeremy Hicks continues: "“With the F-Type Coupe, our designers and engineers have created the ultimate expression of Jaguar DNA; beautiful design combined with immense dynamic performance. I am sure all our customers will be as excited as our new ambassador José Mourinho at the prospect of driving the new F-TYPE Coupe.”
