The Veloster is very distinctive with it's unusual 2+1 door layout. 

The Veloster is offered with a 1.6-litre direct injection engine with 138bhp and a top speed of 125mph, which aren't that great. A turbo option is offered with more power and quicker 0-62mph time. 

Entry-level models are highly-equipped and get leather heated seats. 

The veloster is good to drive with the chassis giving secure handling and precise steering feel. 

Room in the back is poor as the rear seats are very cramped. 

Hyundai are still praised by customers for their vehicle reliability, low running costs and in-car tech. 

Hyundai offer the Veloster with 17-inch alloys. 

The boot is fairly large at 320-litres.
