The iOn is a all electric car that has been designed for town running. 

The iOn has a 93-mile range on it's batteries. 

Inside, it is very disappointing with cheap plastics and a very basic layout. 

Buyer's will feel short-changed on the lack of luxuries. 

The car is very cleverly packaged with seating for four in such compact dimensions. 

The iOn is rear-wheel drive as the electric motors do not feature any moving parts to spool up. 

The electric motors are coupled to a one-speed automatic gearbox making it incredibly smooth. 

The boot is around 196-litres, which is just big enough to fit in a couple of bags of shopping.
