The world’s craziest pick-up trucks - page 4

From wacky concepts to rare collector cars and ground-shaking monster trucks – the humble pick-up has always inspired enthusiasts willing to take things to extremes…

 ‘Indestructible’ Toyota Hilux

The Toyota Hilux was introduced all the way back in 1968, and quickly earned a reputation for knockabout reliability that made it a global sales superstar.

That reputation was cemented into legend when the Top Gear TV team attempted to destroy a Hilux with an increasingly insane set of challenges that included drowning it in the Bristol Channel, dropping it from a crane and parking it on top of building that was being demolished.
