The SEAT Toledo is a spacious and practical family saloon.
It's the sister car to the Skoda Rapid but is much cheaper.
The Toledo uses the usual range of VW Group engines ranging from a 1.2-litre TSI petrol to a 1.6-litre Ecomotive diesel.
The SEAT's boot is huge at 500 litres.
There's plenty of room in the backseat for three.
The dash is solidly built but uninspiring to look at.
All engines offer decent economy.
The Toledo is bigger and cheaper than the Volkswagen Golf but ultimately is a less accomplished car.
