Budget buy
The WD 2.200 is better suited to use in your house than the garage. It’s the smallest on test, has a 12-litre plastic drum and weighs only 4.6kg.
There’s limited storage for the hose and power cable, too. When it tips over, the lid detaches from the base and you lose suction.
It didn’t pick up quite as much dog hair from our boot, nor could it suck up as much liquid. But’s it’s the cheapest here.
