Tamiya XB Lunch Box
Overall Auto Express rating

4.0

Best price: £159.99

The XB Lunch Box we tested is black, instead of the more famous striking yellow. Another difference from Lunch Boxes we’ve tried in the past is the build quality – this one feels more plastic based. However, as a result, its chassis is light, and this benefits the truck’s performance. Over rough terrain, it was an absolute monster – by far the best here – which is why it scores highly. It’s lumbering and over-equipped on the road, but still fun.
