This Vax vac comes with a cigar lighter charging lead, making it ideal for keeping the whole kit in the car. When fully charged it was good for 14 minutes’ running. It also fared well in our mat cleaning tests. It all started to go awry once we got into the car, where the pull-out crevice tool was easily pushed in and too much pressure opened the unit. Powerful, but flawed for car use.
