Bentley introduces Mulsanne Speed Beluga Edition

New Beluga edition of the Mulsanne Speed revealed by Bentley’s Mulliner division

The luxury automaker’s bespoke Mulliner division has quietly launched a new limited edition version of the Mulsanne Speed.

Bentley’s limited-run Mulsanne Speed Beluga Edition distinguishes itself from the standard model through a series of cosmetic enhancements, featuring a number of special exterior and interior finishes.

A stealthy black paint exterior is complimented with black accents and matching 21-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, giving the special edition an aggressive, sporty appearance. The latest creation also boasts a dark tinted “Flying B” ornament along the hood, featuring a subtle laser-etched ‘Beluga Edition’ engraving.

Step inside and the changes are less obvious, with the exclusive ‘Beluga edition’ steel sill plates and premium leather upholstery the main talking points. Customers have the option to finish things off with Burr Walnut, Dark Stained, or Piano Black trim.

Performance wise, as it’s based on the Mulsanne Speed, the Beluga Edition will be powered by a 6.75-litre V8 engine that delivers 530bhp and an amazing 1,100Nm of torque. It will be capable of accelerating from 0-60mph in 4.8 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 190mph.

The Bentley Mulliner division prides itself on meeting the customisation requirements of the brand’s most demanding customers, whilst harnessing its creative nous to produce limited production runs of Bentley cars.

Mulliner designs its limited editions with the goal of creating instant classics, pushing the concept of Bentley luxury to as close to perfection as possible.

Bentley is yet to reveal pricing figures and production numbers of the Mulsanne Speed Beluga edition but you can bet it won’t be cheap.
