The loading of the MINI can be difficult because the rear doors do not open wide enough and access through the side door is restricted by the partition.

The clubvan is offered with three 1.6-litre engines producing up to 121bhp.

The rear visibility is also a little limited.

Both petrol variants of the Clubvan return almost identical economy figures of 51.4mpg.

The Cooper D will return a impressive 72.4mpg and only produce 103g/km of CO2.
