An extreme new version of the MINI Countryman has been unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. The mean-looking special edition is designed to celebrate MINI’s success at this year’s Dakar Rally.
And it has possibly the longest name of any car on show at Geneva – the MINI Countryman John Cooper Works All4 Dakar Winner.
The newcomer is finished in a striking matt black with lime green stripes and features the brand’s 218bhp turbo engine and four-wheel drive. Peak torque is 280Nm and it can accelerate from 0-62mph in seven seconds.
The colour scheme continues inside with green stitching on the seats and a green embroidered winner’s logo on the black leather seats.
Only 11 models will be produced and all will go on sale in France.
