Volkswagen's sends music tracks to potential R32 buyers

The Golf R32 is so fast, you won’t have time to listen to a whole album. At least, that’s the thinking behind this promotional CD for Volkswagen’s hot hatch. Its new Short Car Songs disc contains only three tracks: One Green Bottle, It’s A Long Way To Tip and She’ll Be Coming Round The Mountain.

Bosses sent the CD to potential buyers to drum up interest in the racy model. The range-topper is powered by a 247bhp 3.2-litre V6 engine, covers 0-62mph in only 6.5 seconds and can hit 154mph. In three-door guise, it’s priced at £23,745.
