A-Z Superscale GB

Price: £14.50 Scale: 2.5mpi Size: A3

With a larger scale and bigger pages than its 3.5-miles-per-inch stablemate, this atlas was much easier on the eye. The detail is generally very good – a handful of smaller sections are missing, but nothing serious. Aside from the national mapping, the number of town plans, port, airport and area views came to an impressive total of 97. Included among them were the Channel Tunnel at both Folkestone and Calais. As with the compact version, the Super Scale has brilliant camera site marking and appropriate speed limits which, combined with a good price per page, earn it our Best Buy award.
