Our alternative wind-up offering is small enough to hide in the palm of your hand. Uniquely here, the adaptors all come on long flying leads and covered various mobiles, but there is no mini USB or iPod connector. Its size meant that winding was tricky and hard work. Clearly, you couldn’t charge up while the phone was in use. Good in theory, but in practice carrying an AA battery pack makes more sense.
