Osram Cool Blue

Despite the pack’s claim of ‘ultra cool light’, the beams weren’t as white as on some rivals. Colour aside, Osram’s blue bulbs put in a decent performance, with an evenly matched pair of samples. They produced good shapes and hot-spots on the tunnel wall.
