Porsche Winter Driving Experience

Combine driving one of the world’s best sports cars with an unforgettable winter break on this experience within the Arctic Circle. The intensive four-day sessions in 4WD 911 Carrera models are carried out at two centres, and you learn the art of drifting and driving on ice. Price includes accommodation, meals, plus a snowmobile tour.

Silverstone Rage Buggy Experience

Get down and dirty in Rage buggies on a special track at the British GP’s home. Forget gentle off-roading – this mud-fest is all about jumps and powerslides. You have two 10-minute sessions in the buggies on a circuit with banked turns, jumps and sand traps. You don’t even need a driving licence, and anyone over the age of 13 can take part.

Ice Driver Experiences

If the Porsche ice-driving package is beyond your budget, Ice Driver has a one-day session on a frozen lake in Östersund, Sweden, for £750. You drive rally-prepared machines, and the experience includes cars, fuel, tyres, venue and professional UK instructors. Other sessions are available, plus there is the option of a snowmobile safari.

Monster Truck Thrill

How big do you want to go? This site has a choice of ways to climb into the cab of a US-style monster truck. After practising a series of manoeuvres, most sessions end with car crushing. This thrill lasts about an hour, while others allow you to build up your experience in a series of smaller machines before stepping up into a big-wheeled monster.
