Tamiya VW Samba Van XB

Tamiya won’t be happy to see its Samba Van struggle here, but we didn’t find the 1:12-scale model as much fun as the other cars on test. Its short wheelbase means plenty of boring understeer on the track, and it didn’t like being used on grass due to the limited power. The bodyshell is well detailed, but it’s a little flimsy, so is best used indoors.
