Part of Clarke’s Contractor range, this is a big bruiser of a tool. It packs 24V and was a match for some of the li-ion tools in the stamina tests, so is our ni-cad pick. With a 1,400rpm maximum speed, wire brushing was effective with virtually no slowing under pressure. The downside is that the CON24 is the heaviest drill on test and tiring to use for long periods.
