Premium manufacturer Thule isn't known for making cheap products, so we were very surprised to discover that the Freeway 968 is priced at only £77.

However, it certainly doesn't feel cheap.

The rack is sturdily built, and comes with rubber cradles and strong straps for each bike.

The fit was impressive, and the six hooks are easy to attach.

It failed to take top spot as the rather vague instructions made it tricky to put together.
