At 20kg-plus, this is a monster to carry and manoeuvre, but it locks on the tow ball easily and securely. It has room for three full-size mountain bikes, with clamps and arms to keep them apart and quick-release ratchet straps for the wheels. Tilt works well and there are locks for bikes and rack, but it’s expensive.
