The PRO23 claims a win, with a decent price that hasn't risen over the years. Its cost played a bigger role than usual, as it was tough to separate the sets on performance. The ratchet is comfortable – although we still don’t like the holes in the head – with a fine action, plus it features all our essentials, including deep versions.
