New Audi Q7 Vorsprung and Black Editions announced

The Vorsprung Edition adds up to £25,000 to the standard Q7 price, but comes with Audi's highest specification

Audi has unveiled two new editions to its Q7 line-up, called the Vorsprung and Black Editions, which aim to bridge the gap between luxury limousine and SUV.

Starting from £77,905, the Vorsprung Edition is available on the 268bhp 3.0 TDI and the SQ7 models. The German manufacturer is offering the highest level of standard equipment for its flagship SUV on this special edition trim that bares one third of its famed “Vorsprung Durch Technik” slogan.

Accompanying the Vorsprung Edition is 22-inch Audi Sport wheels on the outside. Inside you find heated sport seats at the front for extra support and Valcona leather upholstery with an extra leather pack coating the door pull handles and armrests. It is also fitted with Audi Phone Box to provide wireless smartphone charging and a head-up display showing the vehicles speed and system notifications.

Audi Q7 Black Edition

Alongside the Vorsprung Edition is the Black Edition only available for the 268bhp 3.0 TDI model at £64,405, £11,500 more than the standard model.

In tune with the name, this Q7 edition has been given a fresh black paint scheme with new 21-inch alloy wheels, while the interior has been upgraded to boast Valcona leather upholstery. It’s also fitted with a panoramic sunroof, adaptive air suspension and a reduction in ride height by 15mm.
