These are the first pictures of the facelifted 2014 Ford Focus ST, spied undergoing testing at the Nurgurgring in Germany.
The third-generation Focus ST is one of the best value for money hot hatches currently available and its updated looks will only increase its appeal. Like the Fiesta and Mondeo before it, the Focus ST is likely to get an Aston Martin-style front grille and tweaked headlights, which are concealed by the heavy camouflage in these pictures.
Classic ST styling cues such as the centrally mounted twin-exhausts, bigger side-skirts, larger wheels and lower ride height will remain.
The revised Focus ST is likely to hit showrooms in the first half of 2014, with an unveiling possible before the end of this year. Prices are expected to remain the same as the current model, starting from £21,995, which still undercuts rivals such as the VW Golf GTI and Renaultsport Megane.
