SEAT has revealed the fifth generation of the Ibiza, which it hopes will take on the Nissan Micra, Volkswagen Polo and Ford Fiesta in the supermini class.

The new Ibiza will reach between 94bhp and 113bhp depending on engine spec, with a 148bhp option to arrive later in 2017 in the form of a new 1.5-litre TSI turbo petrol.

The RS3 is based on the recently facelifted A3 hatchback, with the power boost coming from a 2.5-litre turbocharged five-cylinder engine.
This is the <span>Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo, a 592bhp supercar developed by F1 legend Emerson Fittipaldi and Italian design house Pininfarina.</span>

With a body made entirely from carbon fibre, the <span>Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo will be built by AMG-offshoot HWA.</span>
Hyundai has debuted the Ioniq Plug-in in Geneva, a hybrid version of the manufacturer's bespoke EV.

The Ioniq Plug-in is said to produce CO2 emissions at a rate of 26g/km, with a <span>1.6-litre petrol engine producing 103bhp and 147Nm.</span>
The SsangYong XAVL concept hints at future growth in the company's SUV range towards the end of the decade.

Hyundai's FE Fuel Cell Concept has been designed to demonstrate the Korean carmaker's next generation of hydrogen-based technology.
Hyundai has said that the main purpose of its FE Fuel Cell Concept is to show the progress it is making in reducing the size and complexity of the chemical reaction chamber at the heart of the hydrogen vehicle.
