Kia has lifted the covers off its new PHEV version of the Niro, which will go up against the Toyota Prius Plug-in when it lands later this year.
The Niro PHEV blends an 8.9kW battery with a 1.6-litre GDI engine, with an all-electric range of over 34 miles.
