From 2011, EU rules dictate that all new cars will have to be fitted with daytime running lamps, and several manufacturers, including Ring, offer retro-fit versions (£60).

Equipment supplier Hella also has a range of retro-fit driving and foglamps, plus road-legal HID conversion kits.
