Spiritual successor to the impressive JS910, this version boasts a stylish new case and top-rate performance. It started our engine with ease, while a central isolator controls the power and it cuts out automatically at low voltage. The wide lamp makes night-time use easy and 98cm leads are handy. Only drawbacks are the lack of extras for the price, and its weight – the Clarke is 11kg.
