With no 3.5mm cable, this Kitsound FM transmitter is only for Apple kit. It doesn’t hold your player and won’t charge it unless you plug in your own mini USB cable. The frequency range is good, and the Autoscan button finds a spare frequency easily. Signal quality was on a par with rival devices, too, although there’s no app for you to control this from your iPod. The main problem is that there are no presets.
