If you have an SUV, this is definitely the jack to go for, as it tops out at more than 50cm. As you’d expect, it has a quick lift – a big time-saver on cars with high jacking points – and it takes only three pumps to reach its full height unloaded. There’s a big saddle and it has our preferred oval release valve connection. Unlike the RAC jack, it displays key safety points on the casing, which seals third spot here.
