BMW 5-Series

SOS recovery policy

BMW 5-Series

Not content with building class-leading cars, BMW also wants to deliver the most stress-free ownership experience. The mechanical warranty on its cars is an industry-standard three years, although unlike most rivals there’s no mileage limit.

Adding to the appeal is the 36-month roadside recovery deal. Better still, if your car is fitted with sat-nav and Bluetooth, you get BMW Assist. This lets technicians locate the model if it breaks down, while the SOS function automatically calls the emergency services in the event of a crash. The set-up makes the 5-Series – Best Executive Car in our New Car Awards 2010 – an unbeatable package.
