A two-wheel drive Tucson is on the way – and it’s set to make the Korean firm’s entry-level SUV even cheaper.

Set to go on sale in the UK later this summer, the front-wheel drive powertrain will be available on all models and will be offered alongside the existing 4x4 variants. As a result, the base-model Tucson price drops by around £1,000 to £14,695.

Meanwhile, the larger Santa Fe has received a minor facelift. The biggest changes have been made inside, where the low-rent wood trim has been dropped and trim levels have been upgraded.
