Mid-range earpiece from Motorola, but as with the top-end HX1, it sits deep in your ear – secure but not very comfortable. Over our test route, we could hear static noise in the background of the call, and sound wasn’t as clear as we’d expect from the maker. There’s a hint of wind cancelling technology, which our caller said made us sound distant, although it eliminated outside 

road noise.
