One For All Universal Power Socket

One For All has gone its own way with this design and it’s hard to know how to position it when plugged into your car, as it’s all too easy to cover the cooling vents. Like the small Ring, it has a coiled lead which comfortably reaches 70cm. Not so good is that it has the lowest output on test, although it coped with all but one piece of our kit in the overload test. The automatic cut-off is also set a little low at 9V, compared to the 10V of many rivals.
