Wheel Seal is easy to apply, as you simply spray it on and buff to a shine, leaving a smooth, slippery finish. It even smells pleasant.
The initial result certainly looked good, but the build-up of brake dust was very similar to the untreated parts of the rim.
Where it did prove its worth was when cleaning the wheel. More dirt came off with a hose than on untreated parts, and it required less brushwork to shift the grime.
