If there's one shine that could one day take our champion's crown, it's Back to Black.
It has often come close, but never quite had the edge at the end.
It was a similar story this year, with Simoniz matching CarPlan right through until the final assessment, when it was a bit patchier than Tyre Slik.
It has our preferred aerosol spray and leave-to-dry application, but it's a little bit pricier than our champion.
