Carrera's Red Bull-sponsored car is good fun, if a little basic, and it’s not as quick as some rivals. Its big and grippy wheels make for a capable car as it coped well with every type of terrain we tried it on. But the lack of performance held it back slightly – this car loses marks as it’s just not as sporty as its Formula One looks suggest. Still, a good buy if you’re looking for a basic, competitively priced machine.
