Ring Automotive Dash Camera

Ring Automotive Dash Camera
Overall Auto Express rating

4.0

Best price: £119.99
Type: Suction mount
Contact: www.ringautomotive.com

Having gone down in price since our last test, Ring’s first-ever dash cam is a reasonable choice for those who like plug and play devices. To get the best out of it, you need to be a bit tech savvy to overlay the drive data on to the footage using the software provided. The clarity of recordings suffers, as the lens doesn’t handle glare well, particularly at night, while a memory card isn’t included. Still, this device is lightweight and easy to carry around, plus a 140-degree field of vision is sufficient.
