Jaguar Black Editions launched alongside 'Black Event' Black Friday deals

Jaguar XE, XF, F-Pace, F-Type and XJ Black Edition specials arrives with Black Event savings at dealers this weekend

Jaguar Black Editions revealed

To tie in with Black Friday, Jaguar has launched a new 'Black Event', at the same time as revealing five new Black Edition models.

The Black Event takes place this weekend, from November 24-26, when selected Jaguar dealers are offering larger deposit contributions on the company’s range of new cars bought with PCP finance

The XE range comes with a contribution of up to £5,300 (depending on the specification of the car bought), while it’s up to £6,400 on the XF (saloon and Sportbrake estate), up to £3,500 on the F-Pace, and £6,500 on the F-Type. The largest contribution – of up to £12,088 – comes on XJ range.

To further sweeten the deal, Jaguar is also offering anyone who buys a car as part of the event a 20% discount off all Jaguar accessories, including the cost of fitting. The range includes everything from specialised storage to high-quality carpet mats and exterior detailing, and each item comes with at least a two-year warranty.

In addition, every new car brought during this event also comes with a £100 voucher to spend on the Jaguar Lifestyle Collection. This includes all sorts of things, from children’s ride-on cars to limited-edition clothing lines and keyrings.

Finally, Jaguar has also announced details of five new limited-run ‘Black Edition’ models, which will be available from now into 2018.

Despite what the name suggests, these are actually available in a choice of five paint colours: Corris Grey, Firenze Red, Yulong White and Caesium Blue, as well as Santorini Black.

Each Black Edition is based on an existing model – R-Sport versions of the XE, XF, XF Sportbrake and F-Pace, as well as the F-Pace S – and adds a unique pack of options. In the case of the XE, that includes Gloss Black alloy wheels, the Black Pack, the Parking Pack, Privacy Glass and the Cold Climate Pack, as well as metallic paint. The total cost of those as options would normally be £3,820 but on the Black Edition, they add just £1,910 to the price.

The biggest saving comes on the F-Pace S Black Edition, which has a panoramic roof, privacy glass, the Black Pack, 22-inch Gloss Back alloy wheels and metallic paint for an extra cost of £2,675, saving 50%.
