The Boxster is set to recieve a four-cylinder engine for the first time. 

The Boxster has go through a mid-life facelift. 

Power outputs can only be estimated at current moment, but with the introduction of forced induction they should be suitable. 

Despite this engine-downsizing trend, the Cayman GT4 and Boxster spider will retain their flat-six engines, which will keep Porsche purist's happy. 

There has been some subtle revisions made to the exterior of the vehicle. 

The interior will feature better quality materials and a new infotainment system. 

We predict even the most basic Boxster will produce 250bhp.
