The Vauxhall Corsa was replaced with an all-new model in 2015, and in spite of its evolutionary styling the car has been significantly improved in every area. The newly convincing package is much for fun to drive than its predecessor, and it features plenty of interior space for driver and passengers.
The new turbocharged three-cylinder motor is excellent too, especially in punchy 113bhp guise, although there’s a less powerful 89bhp version on offer if you don’t want to push the boat out.
The new Corsa is much more refined on the road as well, thanks to new suspension settings that mean its good to drive in town and out, and it’s even decently refined on the motorway. With plenty of models (possibly too many!) to choose from - and good deals available – the Corsa is definitely a worthwhile small car contender.
