The high-performance crossover will come with a 197bhp 1.6-litre turbo engine that helps the car go from 0-62mph in 7.8 seconds and on to a top speed of 134mph.
Despite the added power, the Juke Nismo has the same fuel economy figure and CO2 emissions - 40.9mpg and 159g/km - as the standard DIG-T model on which it's based.
The car also gets upgraded suspension and a Nismo bodykit. This includes lower front and rear bumpers, wider wings and a modified grille and tailgate spoiler, which are designed to reduce front and rear lift.
On the inside, there's a black centre console, special suede-trimmed Nismo sports seats with red stitching and red Nismo signatures on the dials and gearknob.
Nissan has also confirmed that this will be the first in a new range of Nismo-tuned models for Europe.
