Part of the Screwfix range, this Hilka seems a step behind other compact rivals. It requires a lengthy 14 pumps to get to 20cm, plus it needs a fair bit of effort under load. The instructions are carelessly put together and there were no safety alerts on the chassis. It costs the same as it did in our last test, but it’s fallen behind the competition since then.
